Linen Ramie Woven Fabric and it comes from a very eco-friendly and sustainable plant called the Ramie plant. This plant’s main purpose is to provide the right fibers to make ramie fabric and ramie linen fabric, that has been its purpose and use since the beginning of time.
Although it is is not flexible or elastic the fabric made from this fiber is strong, light, breathable, and durable. It is seen as a replacement for both cotton and linen as it acts as both of those fabrics.
Plus, it dries quickly and remains strong when wet. Like Bamboo, it is also anti-bacterial making it a very healthy fabric to wear. Unlike cotton though, it is an expensive fabric to purchase as it is not widely used except as a substitute for cotton when people want something different to wear.
